We provide telephone and remote support contracts to give customers’ peace of mind. Calls are answered by an experienced engineer with access to many support tools. Should a support ticket require escalation, this will be done in a timely fashion with the customer automatically updated until a resolution is reached. On site warranties allow us to send an engineer on site, next business day, to resolve critical issues.
Our managed service contract includes regular site visits throughout the year. This provides regular maintenance to customer’s networks and includes a report of the works completed. These days provide an ideal opportunity for on-site staff to explore ideas and ask technical questions about any part of their IT system and be kept up to date with new technologies.
We offer on-site labour only warranty contracts for critical systems. These covers next day emergency callout when a system can not be fixed remotely.
